With over 2 decades in church leadership, including 9 years as the Executive Pastor of the largest evangelical church in San Francisco, I would appreciate the opportunity to partner with you to see your mission and your personal goals become a reality.

Our coaching methodology is client-centered, relationship based and goal driven. As such, it is tailored to each individual’s need and focused on empowerment and the belief that you are made in the image of a loving God who has equipped you to succeed in every area of life and ministry.

We operate in the context of support, encouragement and guidance, not accountability and judgment. Accountability is an external control system that suggests you need people looking over your shoulder or you’re eventually going to fail. We see it as our responsibility and privilege to believe in you, call out the best in you, and empower you to reach higher and accomplish greater things than you thought possible.

We offer a discounted rate for our non-profit clientele because we want to invest in those who invest in others for the glory of God and the expansion of His Kingdom on earth.
